THE CAMPSITE
Overview

The Horizons Bleus **** campsite is located in the pretty old city of Villeneuve, a town between lake and mountains that has succeeded in maintaining its ancient and typical charm.  The campgrounds have magnificent surroundings on the far end of Lake Geneva, 200 meters from the pier and only 2 km away from the famous Château de Chillon.

This campsite is also close to the city of Montreux Riviera, worldly known among other things for its «Montreux Jazz Festival», Montreux Comedy Festival, Christmas market and its beautiful Casino. Chaplin’s World, the only museum in the world that is dedicated to the film career of Charlie Chaplin, is only 15 minutes away. It will take you 30 minutes to reach the famous resort of Villars in the Vaudoises Alps. The Lavaux terraced vineyard, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Programme, is one of the region’s most stunning gem. Finally, watching the sunset over the lake at Villeneuve is an exceptional and unforgettable experience!
